Our orthotics are designed by senior podiatrists with a wealth of clinical knowledge. This allows us to achieve the desired clinical outcome.

We provide ongoing prescription and biomechanical pathology education to up skill podiatry staff in orthotic therapy as a treatment.

All of our orthotics are made with premium EVA that has minimal filler and a 5% compression rate. We also make 3D printed PA11/12 rigid devices.

How long does it take to manufacture a pair of orthotics?

We have a 5 business day manufacturing time for our orthotics. We ship via express post and send you an email once your orthotics have been dispatched which includes a postage tracking number so you have live updates. We also offer express manufacturing for time sensitive pairs as a service.

Do you offer prescription training?

Yes! We provide live training as part of our onboarding process. You will also have access to our online learning centre for courses on orthotic prescription, laser scanning best practices, pathology training and more. We can also organise additional training sessions when required.

Can you manufacture gait plates and Morton's extensions?

Yes, we embed custom shaped 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm polypropylene sheeting seamlessly within our devices. This allows us to create rigid sections within the device.

What laser scanner do I use?

We sell the industry leading 3D Envisic Laser Bed Scanner and recommend a non weight bearing capture. We can also integrate our service with a laser scanner you already have.

Do you offer 3D printed rigid devices?

Yes, we manufacture our 3D printed rigid devices using Polyamide-11 (PA11) nylon powder. We then finish the device with our premium mid layers and top covers.

Can we ask how to treat certain conditions we see in clinic?

Absolutely, our team of senior podiatrists are happy to provide general advice on how to treat certain cases with orthotic therapy.

How do I check on my orthotics manufacturing progress?

You will get access to a practitioner portal which has real time monitoring of where you orthotics are in the manufacturing process (milling, hand finishing, top covering, packing etc). You can login to your portal anytime which also gives you access to previous scans and prescriptions for easy remakes, billings and more.

Do you offer training services?

Yes, we offer training in-clinic, via Zoom and have courses you can work through online – just head to the education centre on our website.
